Leadership Workshops
Most leadership training is forgotten within a fortnight. Not because the content is wrong, but because it was delivered in a room that looked nothing like the environment where the learning needed to apply.
These workshops are different in design, not just delivery. They are immersive, experiential and built around the conditions that actually produce change — discomfort, challenge, reflection and the kind of peer accountability that only emerges when people are genuinely tested together.
Each module runs for a full day. They can be taken individually or combined into a programme of up to seven days. They work in a boardroom if necessary. They work considerably better elsewhere.

The Modules
Each module is grounded in psychological research, applied through experience, and designed to produce insight that travels back into the workplace and stays there.
Format & Delivery
Workshops are tailored to your organisation's objectives, culture and context in advance. They can be delivered as standalone days or combined into a programme of up to seven modules. Residential and off-site delivery is strongly recommended — the environment is part of the methodology.
Minimum group size: six. Maximum: twenty.
For multi-day programmes, Matthew works with a small team of specialist facilitators drawn from military, academic and corporate backgrounds, selected for each engagement based on the group's specific needs.

James Copeland,
Manager, BEAR Scotland
"Worked with Matt for over a year, key to the success of training over 1000 plus troops enabling them to be ready to deploy on operations. I would recommend him to any person, business or organisation — a consummate professional with a passion for anything he turns his hand to."
Bhumiraj Limbu Ninglekhu,
Leader & Manager, Veteran
"Matthew is such a pleasure to work with. Always with a listening ear, excellent manager, compassionate, very adaptive, diligent, and proactive. He always wanted to have a fair and transparent environment for all. Undoubtedly a person with courage and aspiration."
Wilhelm Louw,
EVP AI Systems, Cybernetic Intelligence
"Matthew is a great manager. His compassion, empathy and care for his employees was a trait I always admired. We served in the same unit for seven years and worked together on several projects. He is the type of person you want in a crisis — he can maintain a high level of critical thought and decision making regardless of the situation. His large personality and humour also do wonders for defusing any type of tension. You can throw him into the thickest part of the action without a worry."
Lee Oddy,
Regimental Sergeant Major, British Army
"A diligent, professional, proactive and forward leaning individual, with a real eye for detail. Has the ability to instil change and progress, whilst maintaining morale amongst subordinates with varying abilities."
