Who we are
This website is run by Veritas High Performance Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 15716907), registered office 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London W1W 7LT. We are the data controller for any personal data you share with us through this site or in the course of working with us.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us when you use a contact form or email us.

• Mailing list: your name and email address if you sign up for book or launch news.

• Coaching clients: contact details, billing information and the notes needed to deliver coaching. Session content is treated as strictly confidential under the ICF Code of Ethics.

• Website use: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies by our website platform (Wix).

 

The VHP Diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored, sent to us or seen by anyone unless you choose to email us your results. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange speaking, coaching or workshop engagements (legitimate interests, or steps towards a contract).

• To deliver services you have booked, and to invoice for them (contract).

• To send you book and launch news (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

• To keep financial records required by law (legal obligation).

• To understand how the site is used and keep it secure (legitimate interests).

We never sell your data or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

 

Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only as far as necessary: our website host (Wix), email and calendar providers, video-call platforms used for sessions, and our accountant. Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, they are bound by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent. We will disclose data where required by law.

Testimonials and client names appear on this site only with the permission of the people concerned.

 

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to two years.

• Client records: six years after our work ends, to meet tax and legal requirements.

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

 

Your rights
You can ask us to:

• see the data we hold about you

• correct anything inaccurate

• delete your data

• restrict or object to how we use it

• move your data to another provider

• withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
